Every child with a disability in Ukraine receives state support once a year and has the opportunity to undergo rehabilitation at the expense of the state according to the 309 resolution. The amount of assistance for one child ranges from 16 to 25 thousand hryvnias, depending on the diagnosis. Taking into account the epidemic, a 52% increase in inflation, a full-scale war and the difficult economic condition of our country, this amount has not been reviewed since 2019, but it is not enough for Ukrainian children with disabilities to receive the most complete and effective rehabilitation even once! That is why the “U4UA” foundation initiates the project “Together to the goal: support and additional financing”, which provides for additional financing of rehabilitation courses for children with disabilities who have received state assistance. The goal is to provide full rehabilitation, helping children to develop and build a future. The program is designed for 50 children every month, each child will receive additional funds for the most effective rehabilitation.
